The workshop will be held at Hotel Sun Valley Annex, Beppu, Japan as here . Note that the most of rooms reserved in the Hotel Sun Valley, without the "Annex".

By high-speed bus from Fukuoka Airport (Fare JPY 3190¥ with 2 hours)

Please make sure that the Bus stop located at International Terminal here and timetables here. During pre-field trip on September 13th, we were waiting for the next hour bus since passengers were full of bus. So that, a Website booking is STRONGLY recommended from URL of http://www.atbus-de.com/ in English, Chinese and Japanese. Here is an example (English, Chinese) to specify the first three options on the reservation site, but you have to select the Fourth option, your departure date such as 2016/10/30. • Get off Highway Bus
  

  Bus stop “Odandoro Kanko-ko Iriguchi” (横断道路観光港入口, 大分県別府市) before the last stop. Walk to Hotel Sun Valley in approx. 2 minutes by crossing a trainline, then the hotel is on your left as a photo shown below and mapped here.
